Booking terms and conditions:

A minimum site fee of £100 (Girlguiding Leeds) or £100 (all other groups) applies to all overnight campsite bookings.
To book the whole site you will need to make two bookings, one for camping and one for the house. The minimum site fee for whole site bookings is £275 per night.
If you book the house or the campsite another party may book the remaining accommodation.

Booking deposit

The deposit is non-refundable and is required to secure the booking.
The deposit is included in the final price and is not an additional cost.
A deposit is not required for daytime or evening visits.
A refundable cleaning deposit of £50 is required, which will be returned following your visit provided the house/site has been left clean and tidy (cleaning schedules will be provided with all bookings).

Provisional bookings

All bookings remain provisional until the deposit has been paid, and it has been received and acknowledged by the County Administrator.
Provisional bookings will be held for 2 weeks only. After this time the dates will be made available again.

Payment terms

Invoices will be sent one month before the booking and final payment is required 2 weeks before your visit.

Cancellations

If you cancel your booking, your deposit cannot be refunded or used for another booking unless we receive a new booking for the original dates confirmed.
