Spring Outdoors Activities
Spending time in our local woods or forests to get active and go for a walk can be very relaxing. You could also make make a nature journal by exploring your local outdoor spaces. While your at it, record what animals, plants and insects you see. That’s 3 activities complete!
Spring Science Activities
You could collect materials from the forest floor and create a wind chime to make some noise!
Spring Promise Activities
You could renew your promise among the trees in an ideal location, or perhaps spend time meditating amongst the flowers. Try breathing techniques or just sit and watch the world go by. The forest is an ideal spot to experience both!
