Grand Day Out is an activity day designed for all members of Girlguiding Leeds county. A fun packed day of adventure, activities, learning, crafts, games and much, much more!

Registering your unit

Leaders will need to register their unit using the event management system (EvBoo) and send £17.50 per child participant as soon as possible.

Closing date for registrations and payment is 6May 2024. Please make payment by cheque or BACS.

*please note that units are welcome to invite parents to drive and drop off their children if a coach isn’t a viable option.

We need help!

We will be needing help on the day with registrations, chaperoning from the drop off point etc. If you have more adults than you will need to look after your girls, please do volunteer!

We have a particular need for photographers to help capture the whole event. This could just be for as little as half an hour or as long as you wish. It would be useful to know before the day, if you are able to help.
