At the Trefoil Centre we have various resources which are available to be borrowed. Collection from the Trefoil Centre only:
- Badge machine (x2) – there is a small charge for the cost of materials to make either badges, keyrings or mirrors: badges – 25p each, keyrings – 25p each, mirrors – 25p each.
- Resusci Annie (x2) – for use in 1st Response and First Aid training.
- Recruitment pull-up banner (x3) – two different designs, one ‘Volunteer, be part of it’ and two ‘We are for all girls’; to be used for events and promotional activities.
- Sail banner (x12) – various colours with the wording ‘Girlguiding Leeds’, includes metal spike for securing into the ground (cannot be used on a hard surface); to be used for events and promotional activities.
- CPR Manikins – A set of CPR manikins with accompanying instructions and DVDs which allow girls to learn and practice adult CPR, child CPR, recovery position, and dealing with an emergency situation. Available to hire from The Trefoil Centre for Guide and Ranger units (not suitable for Brownies). Please note the importance of cleaning the masks properly before returning them to The Trefoil Centre and recording the training in the book provided. Cost is £10 per set of 10 manikins.
- Pyrography – a charge of £15 to hire the equipment.
- Hand Bells workshop – Minimum fee of £20 (with travel costs for the volunteers to run the session)
- GPS Units – £5 fee
