Postage costs

If you would like your awards to be sent to you, please include with your payment the cost of postage as below:

(*A set of awards = a combination of certificate and/or one or both badges. Postage does not change if you do not order all three. Combine postage if you are ordering different awards – bronze, silver, gold.)

Postage Calculator: 1-4 Awards = £1, 5-8 Awards £1.50, 9-12 Awards £2

Payments

Payments may be made by cheque or BACs. Please do not send cash in the post.

Cheques should be made payable to Leeds County Guide Association.

BACs payments can be made to Leeds County Guide Association account, Sort Code: 40-52-40; Account No: 00024618; Reference: Awards.

Processing applications

Award requests will not be processed until payment is received.

Award requests are processed after 7th and 20th of each month and sent out via 1st Class post once processed, usually on the Friday (term time only).

However, as limited stocks of awards are kept at the Trefoil Centre we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled the same week it is received.

If there are insufficient awards to complete your request there may be a delay of up to two weeks. You will be notified of this via email.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation via email that your awards have been sent.
