Using GO
The Girlguiding website page – Using GO for Volunteers – has all the help and guidance you should need for logging into and using GO to manage your unit records.
If you wish to view and edit your own personal details, you will need to do the following:
- Log into GO.
- Click on your name in the top right hand corner of the screen and then ‘My Profile’.
- On screen you can now see a series of tabs on the left hand menu. Each of these gives you different information about yourself, your enquiries, or your daughters.
- To make any changes overtype the relevant field(s) and click ‘Update’ at the bottom of the page.
- To change your email address, this must be completed in the ‘Change Email’ section of the Security tab.

Accessing the Learning Platform
The Girlguiding website page – How to use the Learning Platform – has all the information you will need on how to log into and use the Learning Platform.
From April 2024 your login details for GO and the Learning Platform are the same.
